Save the Republic of Silverhead. You are its only hope! Take control of one of the Striker planes or the Zeppelin equipped with an aerial mine launcher and sow chaos in Steel Empire. Shoot enemies in front of and behind you and use bombs to eliminate ground targets. Devastating attacks are also available if you ever find yourself in a tight spot. Fight your way through seven challenging levels of balanced and action-packed shoot 'em ups with exciting boss battles.
Steel Empire was released on a 16-bit console in the golden age of shoot 'em ups, in the early 90s. Since then, the game has been re-adapted for portable consoles. The Legend of Steel Empire is the latest in the saga. This HD remaster is based on the PC game released a few years ago, but there are additions: All graphics have been improved to high definition and the controls have been reworked.
