Rushing Beat X: Return of the Brawl Brothers Steelbook Edition SWITCH 2

A CLASSIC FRANCHISE IS REBORN ON MODERN CONSOLES!

Whether you're a newcomer or a veteran, whether you're playing solo or with a friend, this game will make you feel the full intensity of combat!

RIVAL TURF OR RUSHING BEAT?
It's quite possible that you played one or more games from the Rushing Beat series in the 90s without even knowing it! This classic 16-bit trilogy was released in the West under the names Rival Turf!, Brawl Brothers and The Peace Keepers.
However, in Japan, the games have always been known under the titles Rushing Beat, Rushing Beat Ran: Fukusei Toshi and Rushing Beat Shura.
Rushing Beat X: Return of Brawl Brothers is the highly anticipated fourth installment in the series.

SECONDARY LEVELS AND MISSIONS
Rushing Beat X: Return of Brawl Brothers features nine thrilling levels. You'll fight in shopping malls, slums, subways, and laboratories, all filled with enemies ready to take you down.
But that's not all: the adventure is also full of exciting side missions to keep you on the edge of your seat.

As you progress through the story, unlock new playable characters to master. Plus, Rushing Beat X supports two-player co-op, so invite a friend and double the fun!

Will you take on the challenge solo or as a duo to clean the streets? In any case, prepare for the fight of your life!

STRATEGIC COMBAT
Thanks to the easy-to-control automatic combos, even beginners can enjoy the thrilling action!
Create your own combos with counter-attacks, chain attacks and blows with weapons picked up along the way.

Actions can be canceled by running or jumping, adding a strategic dimension to combat.
Depending on the direction chosen, you can perform different types of throws, and by throwing enemies against each other, you will effectively push them apart.

Furthermore, by throwing them towards the background, you can destroy objects that are normally inaccessible – a great opportunity to obtain items!

THE RAGE GAUGE
The classic rage gauge increases when you deal or receive damage.
Once filled, the player enters rage mode.
In addition to increased offensive and defensive power, you can unleash the decisive Beat Rush attack.

It's an unparalleled adrenaline rush. Use your righteous anger to defeat evil!

FOOD
At the Tuff E Nuff food truck, which also serves as a checkpoint during the levels, you can combine different foods.
Creating meals that combine three types of ingredients increases the healing potential and may even confer special effects.
Whether you're attacking or eating, combos are essential!

And you don't have to eat the food immediately: you can take it with you so you always have a nourishing meal on hand, ready to give you energy when you need it.

A NEW BEGINNING
The English localizations of the 90s did not follow the original story of the Japanese trilogy.
This time, Rushing Beat Ran: Fukusei Toshi and Rushing Beat Shura are brought together in a coherent narrative.

Return of Brawl Brothers features six playable characters – including veterans Rick Norton and Douglas Bild – who face the dangers of the streets of Neo-Cisco to uncover the secrets of the sinister Zeekus virus.

Will they discover the true mastermind behind it all?
The answer awaits you in Rushing Beat X: Return of Brawl Brothers!
