Description
Long Gone Days, a narrative JRPG at the heart of modern conflicts
Long Gone Days is a narrative JRPG that approaches war from a nuanced and deeply human perspective. Far from glorifying combat, the game focuses primarily on its consequences for civilians and the relationships that develop during times of conflict.
You play as Rourke , a young man trained from birth to become a sniper for the Core , an underground paramilitary state. During his first mission on the surface, he carries out his orders rigorously, before realizing that the Core is far from the noble organization he imagined.
Faced with the reality of the outside world, Rourke will have to question his certainties, make difficult choices and learn to understand others, beyond borders, languages and ideologies.

Communication at the heart of the experience
In a world inspired by reality, language becomes a true gameplay mechanic. You will need to recruit interpreters to communicate with local populations, build relationships, and understand the human stakes behind each mission.
Tactical battles and decisions with far-reaching consequences
The gameplay alternates between long-range sniper-style shooting and turn-based RPG combat from a front-facing perspective. Each encounter is carefully scripted, with no random meetings, and directly linked to the plot.
Your choices, both in combat and in dialogues, influence the morale of your group , the relationships between characters, and the course of the story.
