Laysara: Summit Kingdom - Rebuild a kingdom at the mountain peaks!

Laysara: Summit Kingdom is a challenging city-builder where you must construct a new home for your people, who have been driven from the plains.

In campaign or sandbox mode, you will establish multiple towns, each on a unique mountain with its own specific characteristics. All your towns coexist in symbiosis, creating a trade network that you can then adapt to your needs by revisiting previously developed colonies.

The kingdom of Laysara must be rebuilt!

Build, survive, thrive at the top of the world

• Build on a mountain: Each mountain presents its own challenges. Mountains differ in shape, the layout of their vegetation zones, the availability of their resources, and their weather conditions. Sometimes you will have plenty of space to farm in lush green plains; other times, you will have to rely on livestock farming and extracting precious minerals in areas dangerously close to the summit glaciers. If you have an urgent need for a specific resource, you can always try to establish a trade route with another town.
• Manage avalanches: One of the ever-present dangers you will have to face is avalanches. It is impossible to prevent them, but you can take precautions and prepare. Reforest key areas to create natural barriers, build artificial barriers to deflect surging masses of snow, or trigger the avalanche prematurely while it is still manageable. Develop a thoughtful and reliable strategy, and you might even be able to harness the power of the snow; otherwise, your town could be buried and devastated!
• Build a transport network: Transporting goods is easy, right? Not if your destination is on the other side of the mountain, a few hundred meters higher up, behind cliffs, ridges, canyons, and rivers. You will need to create a vast and complex transport network consisting of roads, bridges, and lifts to ensure reliable supply chains. As the demand for resources grows with the city's population, constantly strive to optimize your transport network: build paved roads, use more efficient lift systems, or assist your transporters with magnificent yaks.
• Erect a temple at the summit: If you manage to overcome all the dangers of the mountain, build a network of efficient production chains, and satisfy all the needs of your population, there is only one thing left to do: conquer the summit! To succeed in this colossal undertaking, you will need to reach the top and establish safe access routes so your transporters can deliver enormous quantities of building materials. But beware! The climate at this altitude is as unforgiving as ever. The final result is well worth it: erecting the temple at the summit is a true triumph of human courage (and your logistical sense!) over the elements.
