Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark is a story-driven, turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy world with a steampunk twist. Take control of Arbiter Kyrie, an agent of the Immortal Council tasked with preserving stability and order throughout the land, and lead your troops through challenging encounters.
Centuries ago, a brutal and destructive beast tore the world apart. In their time of need, the first Immortals stepped into their strange powers, powers so great that they succeeded in destroying the beast ravaging the land where all else had failed. To prevent such destruction from happening again, the Immortals banded together to form a Council that would enforce order and stability on a global scale, intervening at any hint of war or chaos. The Immortals may be very powerful, but they are few in number. Even they cannot oversee all the lands. That is why they rely on their mortal agents, the Arbiters, to protect the inhabitants of the land from the more mundane dangers they face. The Arbiters spread across the land, disposing of bandits, unruly monsters, and crooked officials; their word is law. But an Arbiter discovers the deepening corruption permeating his own order, and it falls to him to stop the spread of a threat as grave as the Beast of Old.
