Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer (4 vs. 1) horror game in which one player takes on the role of a bloodthirsty killer while the other four play the survivors trying to escape to avoid being captured, tortured and killed.

Survivors play in objective view and therefore benefit from a better perception of the situation. The killer plays in subjective view and focuses more on his prey.

Survive Together... or Not : Survivors can decide to cooperate with others or play solo. Your chances of survival will depend on your ability to work as a team or alone. Will you be able to outsmart the Killer and escape?

But... Where Am I?: Each level is randomly generated, so you never know what to expect. The presence of random spawn points means that you will never feel truly safe as the environment and its dangers change with each playthrough.

A Festival for Killers : Dead by Daylight draws from every source of horror. You can play as any Killer, from powerful traditional Slashers to the most terrifying paranormal entities. Learn the lay of the land and master each Killer’s unique power to hunt, catch, and sacrifice your victims.

Deeper and Deeper : Each Killer and Survivor has their own progression system and plenty of unlockable perks, which can be customized to fit your own strategy. Experience, skill, and understanding of the environment will make the difference between killing and being killed.

Real Players for Real Fears : Randomized levels and very human reactions make each game session a different and unexpected scenario. You will never be able to predict the outcome. Ambiance, music and disturbing environments combine to create a terrifying experience. Over time, you should even be able to discover what is hidden behind the fog...
